To catch a tiny lobster, you need a stick tied on to a string (AKA rod) with bait (raw meat of any kind) and one of those nets also used to catch butterflies. What you do is put the net in the water, wait for a lobster to get on your bait and slowly pull on the rod to drag the lobster near your net to catch it with the net. When you drag the lobster, remember not to pull it to the surface of the water or it might run away. Then, you put the lobster in a bucket and it's caught! Check the internet to see the parts you can't eat.
